About Us
The Centre for Health System Strengthening (CfHSS) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit and non-political organization that is committed to improving and strengthening health care delivery in resource limited settings. We seek to do these through the use of scientifically proven diagnostic and innovative methods, data and community involvement to address public health challenges in infectious, non-infectious, neglected and emerging diseases, and to establish and sustain quality systems within the health delivery system.
Duly registered under the laws of Ghana and incorporated under the Companies Act of 1963, Act 179 in August 2014, officers of CfHSS have collaborated with the government, research institutions and professional bodies to provide technical expertise in laboratory diagnosis and laboratory quality management systems with the aim of strengthening and building laboratory diagnostic capacity through research, training/capacity building, mentoring, advocacy and health program implementations to ensure better and improved quality of lives in Ghana.
